Terms of Service

Last updated: June 13, 2026

PermitDay ("we", "us") provides a subscription email digest of new construction-permit records drawn from public open-data sources. By subscribing to or using PermitDay, you agree to these terms.

The service

PermitDay sends a recurring email listing recent permits matching the filters you choose (such as metro area, ZIP codes, and work type). The content is compiled from government public-records portals.

No warranty on the data

Permit information is provided as-is from public records. We do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, current, or that any minimum number of leads will be delivered in a given period. Government portals can change, delay, or contain errors outside our control. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it. PermitDay is not affiliated with or endorsed by any city or government agency.

Subscription and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe). You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the current paid period and does not renew after that. Founding-customer pricing, where offered, remains in effect while your subscription stays active.

Acceptable use

The digest is licensed for your own business use. You agree not to resell, redistribute, or republish the compiled feed as a competing product. You agree to use any contact information lawfully, including compliance with anti-spam and telemarketing rules.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PermitDay's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for business decisions you make based on the data.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted by the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Questions: [email protected].
