This policy explains what PermitDay collects from you as a subscriber and how we use it.
Your email address, the filter preferences you give us (such as ZIP codes and trade), and, if you subscribe to a paid plan, billing details handled by our payment processor. We may collect basic, aggregate site analytics (such as page visits and ad referral source).
To send you the digest you signed up for, operate and improve the service, and process payments. We do not sell your personal information.
Only the service providers needed to run PermitDay: Stripe for payment processing and Resend for sending email. They process your data on our behalf under their own terms. We may disclose information if required by law.
The permits in each digest are public records published by government open-data portals and concern third parties (such as property owners and contractors), not our subscribers. PermitDay does not create this data; it republishes already-public records.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link or reply instructions in any email, which stops the digests and removes you from our send list. To request deletion of your account data, email us.
